Terms and Conditions

 

This is a legal contract between you and Terry Costa, Inc.  All orders are to be made in advance of the EARLIEST DATE NEEDED.  More time may be required DEPENDING ON THE MANUFACTURER.

Most garments require some type of alteration.  We order the size that you choose according to the manufacturer’s size chart.  Terry Costa employees do NOT decide the size.  We will not be responsible for garments ordered in a different size than the manufacturers’ size chart recommends.  The garment is NOT custom-made to your measurements.  Measurements are used only to COMPARE with a size chart to choose the size that is best for you. The customer pays for ALL ALTERATIONS COST.  Terry Costa, Inc. is not responsible for improper fit due to manufacturer error, weight gain, weight loss, figure changes, or pregnancy.

We will call you when your garment arrives and record the date of the call.  Please be sure we have at least TWO CURRENT phone numbers where you can be reached.    Your CREDIT CARD will automatically be charged when purchasing items.   We are not equipped to store anything, especially something as irreplaceable as a wedding gown.   

We are not responsible for garments that are lost or damaged after they leave the premises.  Most bridal materials are imported.  We will not be responsible for delays caused by companies waiting for materials or items held up in customs.  We are not responsible for natural disasters, late deliveries, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.  WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ITEM YOU ARE ORDERING IS AVAILABLE.  We are not responsible for the cancellation of wedding plans.

THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR VEIL CHANGES (DIFFERENT FROM THE SAMPLE), LARGE SIZES, EXTRA FABRIC, EXTRA LENGTH, EXTRA BEADING, AND/OR SHIPPING.

ALL WEBSITE SALES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.  AFTER THE 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THE 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION by the customer after the order is placed, all deposits and payments will be forfeited.

I agree with the terms of the above agreement, the description, the measurements shown above, and I have chosen the size.
